Terms

These terms are demo content for the fictional Halden Electrical. Replace them with your own.

Prices

Work is charged at the hourly rate on the prices page, with a one-hour minimum and then by the half hour, unless we agreed a fixed price. Materials are charged at trade price and listed on the invoice.

Emergencies

Emergency call-outs are charged at the emergency rate for the first hour, day or night, then at the hourly rate. We tell you the price before we set off.

Booking and cancelling

Cancel or move a booking up to 48 hours before at no cost. Deposits are taken off the final invoice and refunded if we cancel.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for a year and can be used for the work they name or towards any job.
