What counts as an emergency?
No power at all, a burning smell, sparking or scorched sockets, water near electrics, or a switch on the board that won't stay up. Switch off at the board if it's safe, and ring 01632 960743.
How soon can you come?
For an emergency, about 45 minutes. For other work, a survey within the week and most small jobs within a few days.
